Classroom Secrets- Home Learning Packs

This learning pack includes some more Y4 maths to work through and also some Grammar and Punctuation sheets. Each 'lesson' has one page of varied fluency (VF) that helps children practise the skills and then a sheet of problem solving and reasoning (PS/R) to show that pupils understand and can apply the skill.

The answers are provided and there is also a document full of really useful practical ideas to support home learning!

Enjoy!

Year 4 End of Year Expectations.

To help support and structure home learning, I have added a list of the skills pupils are expected to know by the end of Year 4 in maths, reading and writing.

The children should be familiar with the writing 'STACMATs' (as they are known in our classroom)- please use these in particular to support your child when they doing extended writing and encourage them to use them independently.

The maths and reading statements are a guide to other skills the children could be practising while learning from home.
